How to take care of your bonsai.?
Posted by Bonsai Care on Dec 21, 2008
It looks like a tree but very bushy and unorganized.
I want to make it look like a realistic tree
I just bought 2 green mound Juiper tree. they're like little pine trees.
What steps do you take in making the plant into a bonsai.
For example cutting the roots, and areas to tie the plant.
Also i would like to know when to change the soil.
I'm going to get a little fisherman and try to make a little pond this would be great.
How much you expose your bonsai tree to the sun is critical to its growth. Make sure it's on a window sill or patio facing south and the typical sun exposure is no more than 4-6 hours a day.
Bonsai trees are best bought from a nursery as they're better maintained than those you get from department stores. Nuseries that sell seedlings or small bonsai plants grow better in homes.
