Using Pet's Ashes to Plant Bonsai Tree?
Posted by Bonsai Care on Jan 6, 2009
I only mislaid my kitten as well as longed for to know if we could operate her remains to grow a latest bonsai tree or alternative plant? Would we brew them with a dirt or could we only line a bottom of a planter with them?
Firstly, greatfully accept my condolences.
Ash can have a great manure depending upon a nutritive mandate of a plant. In all integrity to your pet's mental recall as well as a plant (you wouldn't wish to remove both), we need to demeanour during a sort of plant as well as a needs. Check out a caring instructions upon this site.

You would do that? I think that's a little heartless, not saving your kitten's ashes to remember her. But that's your decision. Anyway, i don't think it will help grow the tree, but i don't think it will stop the growth of the tree if you mix it with soil.

What a beautiful idea !! Thank you for sharing it. I have ashes of my dearest pets…the thought of adding them to soil and watching and nuturing the plant as it grows is symbolic of thier lives.

Ash can make a good fertilizer depending on the nutritional requirements of the plant. In all fairness to your pet's memory and the plant (you wouldn't want to lose both), you need to look at the type of plant and its needs. Check out the care instructions on this site.
